The Market Price Report is published in FRUIT PROCESSING as the result of a regular survey conducted by confructa medien GmbH, from a minimum group of 5 marketers and 5 juice purchasers for each product.

Since its first publication in 1991, more than 40 industry partners – manufacturers, traders, processors, bottlers, packers, bankers – have been contributing data.
