Belgian Konings To Buy PepsiCo’s Juice Production Unit In Borgloon

Belgian soft drinks producer Konings said it has agreed to buy the Borgloon-based juice production unit of US soft drinks giant PepsiCo (PEP) for an undisclosed sum.

All 84 employees of the Borgloon plant, which makes the Looza fruit juice brand, will be relocated to the new owner.
