Producing food and drink to the standards expected by the marketplace has never been more fraught with hazards. Producers are not only involved in a constant fight against naturally occurring microbiological hazards such as Salmonella, E. coli and Bacillus cereus, but also artificial ones such as pesticides and veterinary residues.
Put simply, getting food and drink products to the consumer safely and in compliance with legislation has never been more challenging. Thankfully, modern technology provides producers with a potent arsenal of test, safety and QA test solutions to meet the challenge.
