Producing food and drink to the standards expected by the marketplace has never been more fraught with hazards. Producers are not only involved in a constant fight against naturally occurring microbiological hazards such as Salmonella, E. coli and Bacillus cereus, but also artificial ones such as pesticides and veterinary residues.

Put simply, getting food and drink products to the consumer safely and in compliance with legislation has never been more challenging. Thankfully, modern technology provides producers with a potent arsenal of test, safety and QA test solutions to meet the challenge.

With the launch of Food & Beverage Text Expo at the koelnmesse, Cologne, Germany, to run from 8‐10 February 2011, professionals from the food and drink industry will be able to find the latest solutions available. The event will also include a range of speaker presentations coordinated by Campden BRI, a leading food research organisation, as part of the Campden BRI Food & Drink Test Forums.

Registration for Food & Beverage Test Expo is FREE to qualified industry members until the end of November 2010. The free pass allows access to all areas of the event including the Campden BRI Food & Drink Test Forums, workshops and keynote addresses.
