DSM Food Specialties has launched Maxagusto™, a new range of natural flavours that deliver taste and aroma authenticity. Specially developed to bring culinary flair to industrial manufacturing, Maxagusto™ delivers intense, authentic flavour profiles using only natural ingredients – an unprecedented combination for flavourists and flavour creators.
The first product in the range captures the taste and aroma of freshly fried garlic. Thanks to DSM’s mild processing technology, this unique, natural flavour is up to four times more pungent and intense than alternatives on the market. The gentle processing technique delivers previously unachievable flavour consistency, ensuring no seasonal variations in recipes. Plus, the product’s concentrated, easy-to-use powder form eliminates stickiness or leakage. Certified Halal and Kosher, Maxagusto™ is suitable for a wide range of savoury applications, from seasonings and flavours to noodles, soups, snacks, dressings and meats.
