Kees Cools studied Business Administration before starting his career in a Dutch fruit juice concentrate company which gave him access to the fast growing European beverage industry.
Until 1979 he studied Food Processing technology at the Technical University Karlsruhe, Germany. 1980 – 1985 he worked as Scientific Assistant at the Institute of Fruit- and Vegetable Technology in Berlin.
Since 1991 Martin Greeve works as Quality Manager at Euro Citrus B.V. and since the merger with Döhler Group for Döhler Euro Citrus B.V. in Oosterhut, Netherlands.
As Multi Disciplinary Team Co-ordinator he initiates and manages multi disciplinary research projects. Manager, Process Optimisation and Sensing Program, Food and Packaging Co-Operative Research Centre.
He studied Chemistry and Medicine in Würzburg, Germany. From 1980 until 1990 he worked in the field of R & D management, technical marketing and production
Reinhold Urlaub is grown up in a family winery in Franconia, Germany. After school time he made an education as winemaker in the Bavarian State Research Winery, Veitshöchheim / Würzburg.
